Emaciated and ill with mange, love healed this girl inside and out.

This poor girl was starving and very ill with mange. But her biggest hurt seemed to come from her fear. Fear of being touched. Fear of being fed. Fear, it seemed, of love itself. She steeled herself with courage to stand quietly during her medicated mange baths.

These were the first small steps on her road to emotional recovery. And as the days passed, little by little, this incredibly frightened girl started to grow. Not just a new coat of beautiful fur, but a heart ready for love. Meet gorgeous Mousey now.

One cᴏmmented:”She was so scared when you first found her. Such a sad beginning, such a happy ending. Thank you so much Animal Aid Unlimited for caring for her. Well done to you. You make the world a better place.”

A YᴏᴜTᴜber ᴜser cᴏmmented:””Hurts that are hidden need extra love.” When I read those kind words I started crying. Few shelters could have brought her around and AAU is one of them. Lovely, good people.”

Anᴏther replied:”Happy that I’m able to give you a little bit of money each month. You do such wonderful work for the animals. Love to see how happy they are after your loving touch and patience. Thank you guys.”
