I saw a Doggie lying while I was driving! But I sensed he was in trouble! I returned…
I returned, and he was just lying in the rain by the highway in a puddle of water!

They can’t take care of themselves so that’s where we come in and give them help & care, food , shelter. These are Gods creatures just like us. They were put here on earth for us to take care of.
