How Noori’s burns and deep wounds were caused we’ll never know. He may have been rolled in a car accident. He went missing from his owner one day, and was found later by workers at a construction site. From the looks of him, he hadn’t eaten for several days, and while he hid in pain, maggots took over the wounds. His whole being seemed to cry out in silent innocence. We cleaned his wounds and changed his bandages every day for 5 months, and as Noori healed, his little light shined brighter and brighter. For animals who deserve better.
