Badly wounded but cheerful older dog rescued–and thrives…

The massive hole near Moti’s ear must have hurt so badly, but his tail wagged when he greeted his rescuers and he was the best little patient ever. He had a very serious maggot wound with dozens of small tunnels bored through his flesh. We removed the maggots, cleaned and dressed the wound, changing his bandages daily for several weeks. We felt that because of his loving nature he thrived on care and attention and this helped him heal especially fast.

A man said:”I wonder what this angel has endured in his long life…I LOVE that your team treats the elderly animals so respectfully and gives them as much of a chance as the young ones….sadly, so many elderly dogs are last on the list…..not with your organization….and with such limited resources….as I watch your videos, it makes me happy to see them sedated when you are treating them and makes me wonder if that is that is the only time that they have rested in so long without pain and discomfort, and then they wake up on the path to Healing…I love you all.”

Anᴏther said:”Awww, you guys brought tears to my eyes with this one. Moti is so patient, and obviously knew you guys were helping him. He may be a senior dog, but he sure didn’t show it in the end. I think he got all his youth back after you guys fixed him up. You’re so awesome. Canada loves you guys, Well…I do anyway.”

A YᴏᴜTᴜber ᴜser cᴏmmented:”

Guyss… you’re So kind of heart.. I can’t describe what I feel about you whenever I watch your heart melting Videos my eyes always get teary…I wish I could help Animals like you do…I’m very Grateful to you…Heartiest Respects for you”
