Animal Aid Unlimited was informed about a street dog in Udaipur, India, who had a piece of wire wrapped around his waist that was cutting deep into his flesh. The wire was so deep that muscle had actually grown around it, leading our veterinary team to believe the wire had been tied for possibly several months.
